You are paying for the view and the location. The room was dirty. Hand prints on walls, our feet were black from floors. Had to buy our own mop. Dumpsters overflowing, smelled of sewage out on the balcony, couldnt even enjoy the view. Sliding glass doors had a film on them. Lawn chairs were filthy. Hallways are dark and unlit. Great place for a walk! Nice well lit track. 3 nice baseball fields, and a place to take batting practice. Always people there enjoying the facilities. Park is well maintained, and a fixture in the community.
